Responsibilities:
EDUCATIONHigh school diploma or equivalent education required EXPERIENCE 4 years building, maintenance field experience in a hospital setting strongly preferredKNOWLEDGE,SKILL AND ABILITY Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, schedule form or blueprintsComputer literacy is desirableCommunication skills and ability to relate well with other employees and other people of diverse backgroundsNYS Driver License WORKING CONDITIONS Frequent exposure too many disagreeable physical conditionsOccasionally works in outside weather conditionsSalary:
