Job Description:
The Customer Success Manager has primary responsibility for managing the day-to-day interaction with Warehouse Anywhere's fulfillment customers, increasing market share, supporting operations and managing customer service inquiries.
The position requires a high energy individual with a strong focus on customer service.
This position reports directly to the Head of Sales.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers Manage incoming customer inquiries on a daily basis.
Partner with operations and IT to ensure requests are completed on-time and in a professional manner Build sustainable, long-term relationships with customers Educate customers on service offerings and help them proactively plan to minimize issues and increase efficiencies.
Support customer's projects and facilitate from start to completion Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and propose upgrades and new products as appropriate
Qualifications:
University or Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3+ account management and/or sales experience in B2B customer serviceUnderstanding of warehousing, fulfillment, distribution and transportation in an eCommerce setting.
Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at different levels of the business.
Demonstrated ability to achieve account sales goals and to plan and execute customer sales strategies.
Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel/MS PowerPoint/MS Word).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
