Job Description
Provide care for patients with disabling conditions of limbs, spine or partial/total absence of limbs. Evaluate, measure, cast and perform model modifications to ensure patients are properly fitted with orthotic and/or prosthetic devices while also providing repair of such devices; instruct patients on the use of these devices. Job requires willingness to relocate and/or work at various Hanger offices throughout the U.S.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or the foreign equivalent in Orthotics and/or Prosthetics. Will accept three-year or four-year bachelor's degree. Certification from the American Board of Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and/or Pedorthics or certification from the Board of Certification/Accreditation as an Orthotist, Prosthetist, and/or Pedorthist is also required. Must be willing to relocate to and/or work at various Hanger offices throughout the U.S.
