Ops Support Sr. Group Manager

Job Purpose:
This is a role that combines broad functional leadership of all ISG staff in Buffalo.
Key objectives include:
o Managing the teams with respect to on-time and proper execution of tasks, internal trainings, control and reporting to Senior Managemento Execution of all people leadership functions, managing absence and holiday leave, remuneration etc.
o Driving continuous improvement and project implementation for the Team and whole Unit.
o Ensuring cohesion between different ISG functions and teams that sit in Buffalo o Driving the ongoing development, growth and stability of ISG Buffalo Job Background/context:
The Information Services Group (ISG) is responsible for providing authoritative sources of reference data to our clients across the Institutional Client Services (ICG) organization, through implementing state of the art technologies which promote the collection, storage, analysis, and distribution of product, pricing, account and corporate action data.
The ISG organization works in partnership with data clients across all ICG business lines, deploying solutions to increase their competitiveness, through restructuring business processes, simplifying information access, and providing business intelligence around critical data.
Key
Responsibilities:
o Drive evolution of the ISG Buffalo Organization - work with senior stakeholders to define the vision and purpose of ISG Buffalo, its target operational model, and identify functions globally (both within and external to ISG) that can be strategically realigned to ISG Buffalo.
Work with ISG leaders to define and implement functional migrations.
o Oversight of all processes, procedures and control functions; instill a strong culture of controls, ensure all staff fully understand and comply with new procedures, rules and regulationso Ensure high levels of productivity & quality across all teams.
Define, meet and exceed SLAs that appropriately support our business partners.
Drive improving quality processes, reduce operational costs including overtime, increasing effectiveness.
Implement effective MIS & KPIs to drive operational excellence.
o Act as a point of contact and coordination for all ISG Buffalo activities (Reference Data Operations, Entity Data Management, Risk & Control, and ISG Technology), ensure effective liaison between the teams and functional managers locally and globally.
Ensure effective partnerships are developed with senior internal/external stakeholderso Ensure strong leadership standards and practices are established for all teams.
Provide support, feedback, coaching and development to all ISG Buffalo leaders & staffo Ensure effective communication across ISG Buffaloo Drive a 'one ISG' team approach through regular local/global engagements, people strategy events, internal staff mobility and cross training.
o Lead continual process re-engineering efforts, efficiency management, quality improvement and cost optimizationo Oversee and drive culture and VOE initiatives across NA Client Operations, including ensuring consistent, effective action plans have been implemented at the Group, Site & NA CO levels as appropriateo Provide leadership to site employees on key Citigroup community outreach, fundraising/charitable contributions and volunteer activitiesKnowledge/
Experience:
o Exceptional track record in people leadership, which will be demonstrated through past experience of leading large global operations teamso Strong senior stakeholder management experience, able to interact effectively with Senior MD level clients across multiple business lines.
o Broad experience and expertise in Reference Data Management, with a particular emphasis on Market Data.
o Familiarity with external vendors, products and services that drive referential data quality.
o Strong academic qualifications would be desirable.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
