Sec Processing Sr. Manager
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
o Manage CBNA Settlements team including oversight of related functions, people management and developmento Work closely with senior management, business, clients, technology and other support areaso Responsible for demonstrating control, minimizing errors and risk, and improving score card metricso Lead projects including strategic initiatives to push the business forward and involvement in all phases of project life cycleo Interact with Compliance, Internal Audit, Regulators, and Ops RiskQualificationso Bachelors Degreeo Proven track record within capital markets operations, fixed income settlement experience and people management preferredo Demonstrated leadership roles and ability to influence otherso Strong analytical, problem solving and PC skills (especially Excel)o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalo Solid interpersonal skills and self-motivatedo Team-oriented and ability to work across functional groups.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
