Position Description:
The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for assisting and providing back-up to the Associate Vice President of Facilities. He or she will be respond to maintenance and safety issues and coordinate responses. He or she will coordinate and organize office moves and small event set-up and tear down. Associates Degree and two years experience. Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally; demonstrate personal responsibility and integrity; show initiative and ability to work independently. Must be able to life 75 pounds safely without restriction. Experience in Windows applications and MS Office; or equivalent combination of training and experience. Sensitivity to HIV/AIDS, addiction, LGBT issues, and socio-economic disparities is essential.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
