Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift
Buffalo based manufacturing company is looking for a FT Maintenance Techinican for 2nd Shift. Candidate must have Industrial Electrician experience.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently,
Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment.
Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work.
Plan and lay out repair work, using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, and schematic diagrams.
Position Prerequisites:
High School diploma or equivalent
3 years previous experience
Relevant college or vocational training, or an equivalent amount of education and experience
Pay: $20-$25/hr. DOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
