Maintenance Technician
We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician who is responsible for the servicing and maintenance of a low income HUD apartment building in Buffalo, NY.
The Maintenance Technician will complete assigned work orders in a effective and timely manner, while providing a high level of customer service.
Two years relevant residential maintenance experience and/or training required.
Working knowledge of building, electrical, and plumbing systems required.
