Junior Project Manager
Junior Project Manager opportunity with a well established plumbing and HVAC contractor in South Buffalo. General responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Attend job meetings and walk thru's
Prepare submittals and close-out documents
Project look-aheads for material and manpower
Purchasing, ordering of material, dealing with suppliers
Communication with field foreman for daily needs
Pricing of extra work on projects
Monthly billing on projects
Serve on the company's Safety Committee
Full time. Competitive wage and benefits. Must have a clean Driver's License and be able to pass a drug screen.
