Leading Insurance Company Seeking Education Minded individual to lead in creation and conduction of lesson plans to train new hires on systems implementation.
In conjunction and consultation with the Corporate Trainer/Agency Management System Specialist, the SystemsTrainer will be responsible for helping to coordinate, create, conduct, and support in-house training programs. This individual will work closely with various department leaders throughout the Company, to identify
opportunities for process improvement and system capability enhancements. This position will be responsible for many aspects of training and development throughout the organization, including new hires and existing employees, on all systems used within the office.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Systems Trainer performs a range of duties including some or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs as determined by management.
Training/Instruction
Primary responsibility for all new hire initial training on systems and company resources. Responsible for working with Agency Management Systems Specialist to effectively administer, manage and lead inhouse company training programs Track progress and offer one-on-one and refresher training as
needed.
Conduct testing and evaluations to monitor the effectiveness of all training. Develop and administer a formal aptitude/effectiveness assessment process at the completion of each training topic.
Constantly learn and gain knowledge on all aspects and functionality of our internal agency management system(s). Serve as a systems' expert in order to provide assistance, problem solving, troubleshooting and make suggestions on system enhancements/improvements.
Conduct and help to manage the new hire training process according to established New Hire Orienation procedures as directed. Create, maintain and distribute training documentation including instructional materials, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids as necessary in conjunction with
new and existing procedures and systems to ensure processes are documented accurately
Develop a strong relationship with employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training, procedural documentation, and technologies.
In conjunction with the Agency Management Systems Specialist, responsible for proactively indentifying training needs, creating plans to address them, and implementing these plans, including those that must be fulfilled through external sources. Report all findings to management along with suggested resources
if we are unable to provide the training internally.
Remain current on developments in training and instructional methodologies including technology enhancements.
Assist with updates and maintenance of the Training page and documentation pages
Education and Work
Experience:
College degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Training/Education, or other related Business field preferred.
At least 3 years of training and employee education experience using multiple computer software and agency management systems in an office environment is preferred.
Prior experience with ConceptOne, our agency management system, and/or other similar agency management systems is highly desirable.
Prior insurance industry experience is strongly preferred, but not required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
