Housekeeping Aid
Incumbent performs the full range of light and heavy cleaning duties following strict aseptic techniques and isolation procedures, as well as other routine housekeeping duties.
Duties include mopping, scrubbing, dusting, and cleaning a wide variety of surfaces and interior fixtures, vents, doors, window glass, waste receptacles, trash removal and linen handling.
Incumbent must have skill and knowledge necessary to perform duties using strict aseptic techniques and keep the area free from possibility of cross-infection.
The incumbent is responsible to organize and carry out duties as assigned.

Shift and Days off to be determined; Subject to change based on the needs of the agency.

The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met.
Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
