GPO - Special Services Representative
Special Services Representative Special Services is a small team of operators within the GPO USD Clearing space dedicated to the manual creation of wire transfers.
The team supports U.
S.
dollar, Canadian dollar, & Mexican peso.
In this capacity of wire origination they are also responsible for the majority of priority settlement processing, working with high value payments and critical deadlines.
In addition to the core duties of wire origination Special Service team members are also responsible for OFAC screening of ACH payments & wires.
Qualifications A demonstrated history of strong interpersonal skills and positive peer engagement experience in a diverse environment.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees as well as clients.
Demonstrated ability to respond appropriately under pressure and effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment, performing various functions with the flow of production.
Must have strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
Entry level proficiency in Windows, MS Office Suite, and Excel.
Energetic, self-motivated and the ability to perform with minimum supervision Support during Holidays, outages and testing on a rotating basis subject to business needs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
