Local development company specializing in mixed-use office, studio, and light industrial space is looking for skilled maintenance technicians to join its facilities team.
General duties would include maintenance and building repair, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, drywall and painting, carpentry, etc.

$12-$15 / hour based on experience.
