Operations Control - Middle Office Line Control Officer
The Capital Markets Middle Office Controls Group is responsible for global coordination and consistency of controls initiatives across the Middle Office Group coordinator for the Manager Assessment of Controls (MCA) process globally - Creation of periodic Score Cards (Weekly) & Review/Attestation Documents (Monthly) for Operations Senior Management - Internal Audit Coordination and Corrective Action Plan governance - Broker Dealer Compliance coordination (Series 99, 17a-5, etc) - Coordination for Continuity of business planning - Governance and oversight of key outsourcing relationships - Create analytical reports on periodic basisQualifications8 years Operations Line or control experience.
Middle Office experiences a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Ability to work well under pressure - Flexibility with regard to travel for training purposes - Attention to detail is expected - Knowledge of Excel is required - Bachelor's degree and significant qualifications in finance, math, accounting, or other analytical disciplines Travel - 10%.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
