Reputable company located in Erie county is looking to hire a hardworking and skilled Shop Foreman to join our team. An Ideal Candidate will be responsible for directing all plant activities related to shop fabrication, production, scheduling, quality, product shipping and maintenance as well as maximizing profits by maintaining an efficient and productive operation.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- accountability for plant profits and losses.
- Meets production objectives by forecasting job requirements and potential barriers.
- Responsible for scheduling production as well as consumable expenditures.
- Coordinates job requirements with project management, QA and customers.
- Establishes priorities, controls processes and resolves issues to maintain efficiency.
- Effectively plans the use of personnel, production machinery and other resources.
- Assures compliance with corporate regulations pertaining to Human Resources and Safety.
- Works to improve production processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & TRAINING: Position requires least 5 years' experience as a structural steel shop fabrication foreman or equivalent. An advance knowledge or training in blue printing reading or fitting background
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Must be fully proficient in all aspects of AWS and AISC standards and codes. Ability to meet stringent deadlines. Ability to lead and direct work groups and teams. Demonstrated ability to coordinate work/ship schedules.
Compensation: dependant on experience
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
