Express Employment Professional is current recruiting for one of
their Buffalo clients for a Time Keeper/ Payroll Processor.
The candidate will be responsible for making sure that employees
are paid correctly and according to union and timekeeping
standards.
Duties include:
Calculate hours for each employee and correctly input into
Kronos
Monitor employee absences and alert appropriate personnel of
any attendance issues/ discrepancies
Manage Temporary time sheet and enter into payroll system
Prepare and heck control sheet in Kronos database
Make adjustments, and enter data into payroll system. Run any
necessary reports
Process expense reports according to Company policy
Monitor maintenance of time clocks
Prepare Company's monthly billing
Analyze and reconcile various general ledger accounts
Other duties as assigned
Additional responsibilities include: process invoices/ accounts
payable. Assist in resolving issues and other tasks as needed
within accounts payable.

journal entries as necessary.
Minimum 3-5 years Timekeeping experience (knowledge of Kronos ),
preferred experience with Union Payroll and AS400. AAS degree
preferred.
This is a full-time positon Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:45pm
