The importance of efficient and qualified administrative personnel in the medical field can''t be overstated because accurate information is crucial for planning and managing hospital operations. This means that you make it possible for patients to receive the proper care.
As a Patient Administration Specialist, you will make sure that hospital and patient information is recorded, stored, and delivered in order to keep everything running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include scheduling office visits and keeping patient records up to date at Army hospitals or other medical facilities.

Job training for Patient Administration Specialists consists of 10 weeks of Basic Training, where you''ll learn basic Soldiering skills, and seven weeks of Advanced Individual Training. Training consists of both classroom and field work.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
