Summary:
The Customer Continuity Representative is responsible for sales activities in assigned geographical area(s). Achieve maximum sales volume through promotion of Ferring Products to physicians, pharmacists, wholesalers, hospitals, clinics, and other approved distribution outlets. The Customer Continuity Representative will cover open U.S. Sales territories and must be available to relocate and/or travel to cover open territories based upon business needs.
The Customer Continuity Representative must also be able to relocate if assigned by Ferring to fill an open territory as a Sales Representative on an ongoing basis. Such assignment will occur at Ferring's discretion based upon business needs, generally following at least six months of covering open territories as a Customer Continuity Representative.
Responsibilities:
o Promote and sell Ferring products to attain or exceed established sales quotas
o Contact, on a regular basis, present and prospective customers including physicians, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers, resident and fellowship programs
o Established and maintain interactive relationship with Managed Care team and home office staff
o Establish and maintain an effective relationship with physicians, nurses, ancillary personnel, pharmacists, laboratory personnel, administrators, to provide information and sell Ferring products
o Submit complete timely reports (sales, market information, competitive activity, WAR reports, call cards, promotional ideas and technical inquiries to either Regional Director in or appropriate home office personnel
o Maintain sales by providing customer service as outlined in field sales plan
o Control expenses within a defined budget; maintain and protect assigned company property
o Responsible for coordination and completion of demand generation programs, including Patient Education, Referral Dinner Programs, etc.
o Maintain communication with other representatives, the region and corporate headquarters with respect to sales issues, sales and marketing ideas, and competitive information
o Represent Ferring at Professional Industry Meetings and Seminars
Requirements:
o Bachelor's Degree is required
o Demonstrated record of success in sales-related environment
o Experience in business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales, minimum of two years sales experience preferred
o Excellent communication and written skills
o Excellent problem solving skills
o Above average analytical skills
o Ability to travel up to 100% of time to perform duties of the job
o Demonstrated track record in a sales environment
o Must have ability to relocate anywhere in U.S. as assigned by Ferring.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
