### Job Description
Create new IT applications and capabilities supporting API Heat Transfer business process under the direction of Manager - Global Application Development
Responsibilities: 1. Work with API HT colleagues to develop specifications and design documents 2. Create custom software in support of business process automation 3. Work with third parties to manage their development activities on behalf of the company 4. Lead the testing of new software and create appropriate end user and support documentation 5. Support and develop the company's business intelligence and data warehouse technology 6. Create core reusable components and standard frameworks 7. Utilize RAD (Rapid Application Development) methodology to accelerate delivery of solutions 8. Follow the company project management methodology as well as the IT for the prioritization of work.

Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree in a computer related field required 2. At least three years of strong software development knowledge required. 3. Experience with the following technology required: a. b. c. SQL d. Webforms e. Javascript 4. Any experience of the following will be preferred: a. Ajax b. Web Services c. Business Intelligence d. Data Warehouse e. Data Transformation Job Success Factors: 1. Value demonstrated through new capabilities created 2. Successful integration into other business teams 3. Clear demonstration of skills and competencies 4. Meeting deadlines 5. Delivering on-spec work to the customer 6. Management of third parties 7. Building design for ease of reuse 8. Internal customer service as measured by informal and formal methods Challenges: 1. Older, disparate ERP systems to support 2. Dispersed employees (IT and non IT) to communicate and develop relationships with 3. Lack of standard processes, these will need to be defined 4. Ability to balance multiple requirements and requests same timeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
