SAP BI BW Developer

Se are actively searching for a BI/BW Systems Developer who will work in a team environment to advance the architecture and strategy for key technologies within BI area and technology stack. The BI/BW Systems Developer will lead the effort to select and implement BI/BW solutions to support the overall business reporting needs. This includes mapping requirements, the design and development of Data Warehouses, ETL processes, reporting, Dashboards, Scorecards, and Data Mining solutions. The position combines significant responsibilities for implementation as well as data architecture and data management to enable the success of the Business Intelligence (BI) program.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field

years experience working with Business Intelligence and Business Warehouse solutions in a global manufacturing corporation that utilizes multiple ERP platforms
Experience integrating BI/BW solutions with a SAP ECC 6 ERP platform
Proven track record supporting full lifecycle BI/BW implementations
Experience in working with business to gather reporting requirements and develop Business Intelligence reports, dashboards and scorecards
Experience in the design, development, monitoring, and maintenance of ETL solutions against multiple data sources, including associated performance tuning, data profiling and exception handling
Proven track record working with end-users at all levels within the organization on implementing/implemented information models and provide coaching to business stakeholders in how to leverage overall BI platform capabilities
Other Requirements
Ability to define BI requirements, design architecture and design documentation standards
Ability to collaborate with Project Management to generate and control timelines and project plans for completing BI efforts
Ability to collaborate with Business Analysts in identifying reporting gaps to drive the development of BI design specifications
Ability to works with technical and enterprise architects, to develop an overall BI strategy
Strong communication skills with ability to interface at all levels within and organization and provide training and conceptual teaching to management and end users
A strong team player able to assume varying roles of team member or team lead as required for the overall success of the project
Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented
Client offers a full time direct hire opportunity with a base salary, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. This is NOT a contract. There is NO sponsorships available.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
