We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our expanding team.
As a Legal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our attorneys and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our Package/Demand department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for the legal field.
Duties:
- Assist in writing demand packages and SUIT papers - Assist with document review and analysis - Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to draft and edit documents - Prepare and proofread legal correspondence and client records
Qualifications:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent research skills and attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role preferred but not mandatory If you are a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
