This candidate must possess excellent phone skills, writing skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
This candidate must also be reliable and highly organized.
The person in this role must have the ability to handle confidential information.
Job duties are listed below but are not limited to:
Take/Place calls from/to current clients (status inquiries, medical updates, schedule appointments) Take/Place calls from/to SSA/DDS/OHO/AC offices Review and process all incoming mail E-file fee/rep and other documents for cases at OHO & AC Draft and prepare letters to SSA/OHO/AC Review new client packets and prepare a case plan Track deadlines Check and complete daily tasks in Case Management Software System Any additional tasks as needed to properly manage cases.
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday 8:
30 AM - 5:
00 PM.
Experience in a legal setting is beneficial.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
