The OC will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations of the clinic including oversight and supervision of the medical records, and front desk teams.
The OC will manage site operations and work closely with the Clinic Manager and Director of Clinical Operations in identifying needs, resources, improvements and processes, as well as optimizing patient workflows and provider sessions.
Will also work closely with the Director of Revenue Cycle Administration on eligibility, insurance verification and co-pay collections for the site.
Will be the primary liaison with outside stakeholders, as well as follow up with patients to ensure patient satisfaction and safety.
Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred, preferably in business, health care administration, health services or related field.
Five plus years' experience as a nurse or medical assistant may be substituted for degree.
Minimum of one to two years' experience in clinical operations support, preferably in an outpatient clinic setting required.
Must have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
Supervisory experience required.
