Director of Operations and Success Job Overview:
As the Director of Operations and Success for the Buffalo Dental Group, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all business, marketing, and operational activities across two highly reputable multispecialty dental offices.
Reporting directly to the owners, you will be responsible for emphasizing quality service to patients, ensuring cost containment, and driving growth engineering initiatives.
This position requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a patient-centric mindset.
Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Direct and oversee all business, marketing, and operational activities within the two dental offices.
2.
Emphasize quality service to patients while ensuring cost containment and driving growth engineering initiatives.
3.
Provide leadership support for a team of 45
employees and 7 dental providers.
4.
Assist in the development of practice goals, policies, procedures, priorities, and growth strategies.
5.
Promote and implement standard operating procedures, policies, and priorities to achieve organizational goals.
6.
Train, supervise, and support team members and team leaders to achieve organizational and practice goals.
7.
Set clear goals and expectations, holding team leads accountable for their team's performance.
8.
Analyze and organize office operations and procedures to optimize workflows and efficiency.
9.
Supervise and participate in the preparation of various reports for accounting and owner review.
10.
Organize and attend planning meetings with management, executing or delegating activities arising from decisions made during these sessions.
11.
Implement internal marketing initiatives and programs to meet practice goals and enhance brand visibility.
12.
Act as a liaison between the practice, patients, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and satisfaction.
13.
Proactively solve problems, address concerns, and plan ahead with a focus on delivering 5-star patient care.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred OR significant hands-on experience managing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment.
3
years of experience in a healthcare setting highly preferred.
Working knowledge of dental records management/software highly preferred or medical software.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Salary:
starting $70's
plus bonus plus benefits In-person role:
5 days per week, no remote or hybrid options.
