We are a busy 4 Veterinarian practice in Cheektowaga, NY.
Our mission is to provide quality care with compassion.
Our receptionist team is critical to our performance as a veterinary hospital and are frequently the first to assess patients whether over the phone or in our reception area.
.
Our ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills.
You must be very comfortable with computer work, answering multiple phone lines, scheduling and confirming appointments, processing payments, and problem solving.
We pride ourselves on an excellent practice culture.
P/T position available.
Must be flexible, and be able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings till 8pm, and Saturday mornings.
Previous experience is preferred, but we will train ideal candidate.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
