Take premium payments from customers.
Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and make coverage recommendations Provide exceptional customer service.
Process customer policy change requests.
Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Requirements Up to 75% of your day may be on the phone, a high-energy personality and a love of working with people is a must Punctual and dependable Strong computer skills to learn and work within multiple systems Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
