Executive Project Manager

$125,000-$175,000 DOE Function - Civil Construction, Industrial Construction The ClientWe have a fantastic opportunity at a local, long-standing, reputable industrial and civil construction contractor.
They are looking for a project director to work under the VP with strong management and leadership experience.
This position would also suit experienced senior project managers looking for progression in their careers and projects.
Overview:
- The project director is responsible for the overall direction, improvement, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of multiple assigned project teams and ensures consistency.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Consults with the client to determine functional and technical Work with assigned Project Managers to communicate all project requirements and responsibilities requirements of the scope of work and prepares estimates regarding labor, materials, equipment, estimated costs and construction time lead project managers daily to design, plan, develop and oversee site projects, establishing priorities.
Uses extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts to properly identify and process scope changes, address issues, communicate regarding project milestones, etc.
Continuously develop relationships with prospective and current clients Travels to job sites regularly to oversee projects.
Experience:
Experience in industrial, construction, and civil construction.
Competent in communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to multi-taskProven success in delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget.
Preferences:
Degree in construction management, civil engineering, or another related discipline.
