Strong leader who is able to direct and mentor a team.
Banquet and multi unit experience a must.
Responsibilities:
Manage all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
This involves staffing, training, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
Work closely with other hotel departments, such as the executive chef, to coordinate and execute seamless F&B service for guests.
Create and manage the F&B budget, including cost control, revenue forecasting, and expense management.
