Responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls, supporting mail services, processing driver paperwork, and being a positive and friendly presence in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities Include:
All reception duties including welcoming and supporting visitors, managing incoming phone calls and mail services Sort, scan and categorize paperwork from drivers weekly in support of operations and finance functions Booking of new hire travel arrangements including flights, hotel and car rental Organizing occasional office meals and events Maintain and manage office supplies inventory and ordering Support other office departments with administrative tasks as availability permits Support Existing vendors and evaluation of alternate vendors for office related contracts (mail machine, office cleaners, water coolers, etc.
) Support communication with services providers that handle facilities maintenance and repairs Support event planning in conjunction with employee committee for various events during the year Manage flower arrangement ordering for employee matters Job Type:
