Proven portfolio accounting background CPA We do not offer benefits (no medical coverage, 401k, etc.
)--we offer some of the highest salaries in our home state and let our employees handle their own benefitsYou must be ok with this arrangement Our process for evaluating candidates will include a couple up-front assessmentsIn the past, some folks have been turned off by that, and that's okWe certainly don't want to ask candidates to invest any time that they're not willing to investBut historically, we've found that the right fits tend to enjoy our process.
