This is a full time remote position working out of a home office.
Must have home office capabilities.
Education:

As part of our growing team, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Accounting Specialist to contribute to our finance department's success Key
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping and QuickBooks Expertise Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
Execute proficient bookkeeping practices to ensure the integrity of financial data Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing Collaborate with vendors and clients, contractors, to address inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
Billing:
Generate and process invoices in accordance with company policies.
Monitor billing processes to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to financial transactions.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collections:
Manage collections processes to secure outstanding payments.
