KSL is a small, specialized lab that performs laboratory testing across a wide range of diagnostic categories.
The Administrative Assistant will be involved in all aspects of pre-analytic procedures, including client support, laboratory sample accessioning, and general administrative tasks.
This is a new position created to support our clinical lab team.
Schedule is Tuesday to Friday, 8am-5pm, Saturday 10am-2pm.

Summary:
Perform general customer service and administrative tasks.
Receive deliveries and perform accessioning of laboratory samples, including blood, bone marrow and tissues.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Addresses phone calls and emails in a timely manner Clerical work as assigned Receives and logs specimen deliveries Accessioning of laboratory samples, including accurate data entry and sample labeling Routes samples to the appropriate testing laboratory Troubleshoots issues with laboratory staff or clients, as appropriate Follows standard operating procedures, laboratory guidelines, and safety protocols Other duties as assigned or as business needs dictate Requirements:
High school diploma Excellent communication skills Strong MS Office & computer skills Ability to lift and sort packages up to 20 pounds This position is not remote or hybrid Experience in a medical office or lab helpful Hourly:
$22 per hour.
