As a Senior Project Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of projects, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and collaborating with project managers to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:
Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate project financials Monitor project expenses and ensure compliance with project budgets Prepare financial reports, including project status reports, variance analysis, and profitability analysis Review and approve project invoices for accuracy and completeness Ensure accurate and timely billing to clients Maintain project accounting records in Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision Participate in project kick-off meetings and provide guidance on project financials Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Provide support to project managers and other team members as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 4
years of experience as a Project Accountant in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Experience with Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint Strong understanding of project accounting principles and practices Accounts Payable - sub-consultant invoices Accounts Receivable - receipts processing, limited collections Attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Interested in hearing more?
