4K - $125K a year What to Expect As Training Manager - you will focus on building a strong and capable manufacturing training team that supports Production and Technical Training for our Buffalo Gigafactory.
We are looking for an individual that brings years of experience developing creative, thoughtful, innovative solutions that contribute to a World Class training organization.
As the team continues to grow - we need a strong leader who specializes in operational efficiency, analytics, strategy, and people leadership.
What You'll Do Drive ongoing learning needs analysis, design, scripting, development, assessment, implementation, and evaluation of training materials to ensure alignment with business strategy across the organization globally Select the best facilitation and execution methods to ensure content is delivered with the highest impact while remaining cost effective Develop Certification Pathways and work with managers within all applicable departments to identify skill gaps, training opportunities and develop/deliver training solutions Establish training metrics and feedback loops to evaluate, and measure and share the effectiveness of the program, fully understand the results of the training program and identify areas for improvements Coordinate with IT on necessary technology improvements or devices to enhance the training experience Build and maintain a metrics package that enables ongoing measurement and visibility of installation quality Leverage available data and field feedback to track quality-related trends and determine appropriate corrective action or remediation Provide results of field related findings to various internal departments to reduce installation issues and reduce time for installation Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 7 years of progressive Production and Technical Training experience, including at least 2 years of leading a Leadership & Development function, including supervision of employees A combination of directly related experience and education can substitute for education on a 2 years' experience per year of degree basis, although completion of a bachelor's degree is preferable Experience requirements are in addition to the degree requirements Experience working with and implementing training and apprenticeship programs Organizational development, facilitation, assessments and other training delivery certifications Experience leading Production Training programs in a high volume manufacturing operations environment Successful track record of developing and delivering training programs, creating materials and utilizing a variety of training methods and tools Demonstrated process improvement in the training organization Competency development, skill builder profiles and establishment of career path Knowledge of ISO training process requirements, CMMI or other maturity models and/or other methods to formalize consistent and repeatable training programs (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential) Excellent training facilitation and presentation skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
