Industrial Maintenance Technician
Parallel Employment Group in partnership with an area warehouse and logistics organization are seeking qualified Maintenance Technician.
Direct Hire - 1st shift.
Salary is based on experience - COMPETITIVE PAY OFFERED.
Must be able to travel between Buffalo area location and Erie, PA on occasion (no overnight travel).
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of machinery, equipment and other industrial systems.

ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Technician:
Performs general plumbing, electrical, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) repairs to the facility's equipment and systems.
Inspects equipment and systems to identify problems or issues.
Consults blueprints or building plans to identify the best solution to resolve systems or equipment issues.
Conducts preventive maintenance to ensure that plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems continue operating properly.
Obtains services of outside contractors when repairs require specialized training.
Performs general cleaning tasks in the facility.
Maintains inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a warehouse setting.
Certified HVAC preferred.
ARPAC Certified preferred.
Automation Experience preferred.
Thorough knowledge of general plumbing, and electrical.
Ability to read blueprints, building plans, and repair manuals.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Ability to follow instructions.
Excellent time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in a related field preferred.
Mechanic knowledge of ARPAC and Douglas repack machinery #ind456 Recommended Skills Analytical Automation Blueprinting Follow Instructions Hardworking And Dedicated Machinery Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
