Principle Duties and Responsibilities Review and coordinate site engineering plans for proper design, utility coordination, and coordination with architectural design plans.
Identify and pursue value engineering opportunities.
Develop and maintain strict adherence to company specifications.
Drive, ensure and document conformance with tenant specifications and criteria.
Establish and maintain consistent communication and performance management between outside consultants and internal/external clients.
Assist Right to Build and Construction Management, Executive, Leasing and Legal Departments regarding engineering site issues.
Examine and coordinate underground utilities as it relates to project layout, including review of site plans for conflicts between utilities including, sewer and water, gas, electrical and storm water and proposed buildings, parking areas, etc.
Assist project management in obtaining information as it relates to quantity takeoffs and review plans in regards to cost saving opportunities as it relates to construction costs.
Solicit and secure agreements related to engineering, surveying, traffic, wetlands, noise, and environmental.
Review geotechnical evaluations and recommendations as prepared by outside consultants.
(quality assurance and quality control) including soil analysis, concrete specifications, footer and foundation stability, etc.
Assist in obtaining municipal and outside agency approvals.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
Minimum five 3 to 5 years of related experience working for a general contractor or civil engineering firm with institutional clients.
Hard working, driven, detail oriented, and technically sound with engineering principles & practices.
Must have strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
PE license preferred but not required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
