Are you passionate about health, wellness, and fitness? Working with human performance organizations across the spectrum, including Gyms, Fitness, Pro Sports (NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA), Collegiate sports, Military, and more? We seek a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist.
In this role, you will ensure our clients have an exceptional experience while using our platform, ultimately helping them optimize their athletic performance.
This position is in Buffalo, NY, and combines work-from-home and office.
Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding:
Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring they have a smooth transition onto our platform.
Collaborate with the implementation team to understand client needs and ensure the successful setup of their accounts.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique goals and challenges.
Be the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and proactively reaching out to assist.
Product Training:
Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate clients on the functionalities and features of our platform.
Help in the creation of Product FAQs and Help-Desk articles.
Help customers utilize the CoachMePlus system to achieve their performance objectives.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Offer prompt and practical solutions to client issues and technical challenges.
Work closely with our technical support team to ensure timely resolution of problems and minimize customer experience disruptions.
Client Success Monitoring:
Regularly monitor and analyze customer usage and performance metrics.
Identify opportunities for improvement, growth, or upselling based on the data insights.
Customer Feedback:
Actively gather customer feedback to understand their needs, pain points, and suggestions for product enhancements.
Collaborate with the product development team to advocate for customer requirements and drive continuous improvement of our platform.
Renewals and Upsells:
Work towards achieving customer retention and growth targets by engaging with clients for renewals and identifying upsell opportunities.
Communicate the value of our services and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
Customer Advocacy:
As a customer advocate within CoachMePlus, ensuring that client needs, and feedback is considered in our decision-making process and overall business strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
Strong passion for customer satisfaction and success, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A deep understanding of the sports performance industry and the challenges coaches and athletes face.
Technical aptitude to quickly learn and demonstrate the functionality of our platform to clients.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and recommend strategies.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client relationships and responsibilities effectively.
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
