Endpoint Engineering Product Owner
_This role follows a hybrid work schedule; offering the flexibility to work remotely two days a week, while providing the opportunity for onsite and in person collaboration the other three days.

Become an expert in Microsoft Endpoint Management tools like SCCM and Intune, while also gaining proficiency in operating systems like Windows 10/11 and Mac.
Dive into the realm of Citrix, VMware, Ivanti, and Oracle to ensure our systems are optimized for peak performance.
Build strong relationships with various business lines across our organization, extending your reach across the M&T footprint.
As a bridge between technology and the business, you will create effective communication channels to gather feedback, suggestions, and insights from our stakeholders.
Transform this feedback into actionable plans that drive meaningful change and continuously enhance our hardware solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Engaging with business lines to deeply understand how our hardware is currently utilized, ensuring our solutions meet their unique needs.
Taking the lead in selecting the next generation of hardware products that will revolutionize our organization.
Crafting and delivering compelling communications to inform business lines of our hardware persona findings, effectively showcasing the benefits and impact on their operations.
Streamlining and improving the hardware ordering process based on the new personas, making it easier than ever for our teams to access the tools they need.
Collaborating with key stakeholders to reevaluate and reprioritize backlogged items, ensuring our resources are aligned with our most critical goals.
Orchestrating seamless transitions to Windows 11, coordinating efforts with business lines across the M&T footprint.
Shine in the spotlight as you host engaging town halls and tech events, where you will communicate the exciting changes brought by the new operating system and highlight its business implications.
Working closely with stakeholders to develop comprehensive product sign-off plans and implementation timelines, ensuring a smooth and successful rollout.
Providing valuable input to Subject Matter Experts on creating the required support documentation, ensuring users have the resources they need to leverage our technology effectively.
Education and Experience Required:
