Maintenance Technician

Multiple Locations Must have reliable transportation Pay Rate:
$25-30/hour Sign-On Bonus $1600+ One Week of pay after 6 month of service and an additional $1000 after the completion of one year of service Job Summary for Maintenance Technician:
Perform mechanical, electrical and preventative maintenance on CNC and manual equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician:
Ensures operation of CNC machinery such as press brakes, lathes and mills by completing preventive maintenance requirements as establishes by manufacturer's specifications.
Inspect, operate, or test CNC and manual machinery or equipment in order to diagnose machine malfunctions and initiate repairs as required.
Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.
Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventative maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.
Performs repairs to hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components.
Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and physical structure of all production facilities.
Non- Essential Duties for Maintenance Technician:
Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges.
Provides communication to production on potential equipment problems that could negatively affect operations.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educations workshops; reviewing technical publications; establishing personal networks.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with OSHA regulations and company procedures and rules.
