Workday Technical Lead
Direct Hire Opportunity Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our Buffalo-based client to add a Workday Technical Lead to their team! This is a direct hire opportunity with great benefits and is open to both local and remote, east-coast based candidates.
What You'll Be Doing:
o Work with the project manager and systems implementation partner to develop the Workday project plan, and monitor project status for the impacted integrations.
o Provide support for incident management and integration monitoring.
o Work closely with the systems implementation partner and internal project manager on project schedule o Participate in data architecture design and configuration design sessions as needed.
o Work with the systems implementation team to document design documents o Participate in all phases of testing and report defects according to the project methodology.
o Work through defect resolution with the internal team and systems implementation team o Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to other team members.
o Support the Workday release process.
o Participate in Workday training, as needed.
What You'll Need to Have:
o 3
years of experience in Workday Studio, to include working with inbound/outbound Workday Studio integrations.
o Strong understanding of Workday's Web Service functionality o Strong understanding of Extensible Markup Language/ Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations (XML/XSLT) with the ability to modify existing XSLT.
o Ability to create and support complex Workday calculated fields and custom reports.
o Experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT), and business processes in Workday.
o Ability to design, build, and test future integrations.
o Understanding of Core Connector/Document Transformation and Cloud Connect Technology Pay Range :
