Business Development Executive

As Employer Services Corporation is in growth mode, we are proactively recruiting for business development professionals! ESC is looking to add a dynamic Business Development Executive, who is committed to organizational growth and success, to our customer service oriented team! The Business Development Executive will work to drive the company's achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals, as well as maintain ongoing relationships.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Generate new business for ESC by prospecting, meeting with potential clients, creating and presenting proposals and closing business.
Develop an understanding of the unique needs of clients and propose appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
Maintain positive, proactive business relationships with clients and other partners.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Participate in sales activity for Meliora, a process improvement consulting firm and a fully owned subsidiary of ESC.
The successful candidate will have:
Requires a Bachelors degree with at least 3 to 5 years of sales experience Excellent oral/written communication skills Well-developed presentation skills Excellent customer relations skills Availability to travel Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level Highly developed organizational and follow-up skills Flexible schedule and ability to work extra hours as needed We offer an outstanding benefits package including health, dental, 401(k), vacation, and PTO, as well as a great working environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
