Quality Assurance Analyst

The Child and Family Services Quality Assurance Analyst facilitates the process of evaluating the impact of program services, identifying areas in need of improvement, and assisting in corrective action responses to these identified areas.
The selected candidate for this position will help ensure the agency provides quality services to our clients through statistical data analysis, use of quantitative and qualitative measures, logic models and other quality indicators.
As a Quality Assurance Analyst youwill:
Complete Internal and Justice Center investigations and report investigation findings and data to Incident Review Committee Identify, interpret and analyze data for all programs and departments through use of quality indicators, outcome measures and quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure data is collected on required performance indicators and report as required to key stakeholders within the organization.
Work closely with all programs and departments to implement our Quality Assurance Plan through the use of logic models Be responsible for development and implementation of data tracking methods, data monitoring, trending and quality improvement systems.
Provide support and feedback to programs through Quality Assurance case record reviews Work as a key member on the Agency's recertification through the Council on Accreditation The qualified candidate will have:
-A Bachelor's Degree and 2 years related experience-Strong statistics and analysis skills-Good time management and organizational skills-Must have excellent computer skills, including strong proficiency in Excel-Knowledge of OMH or OCFS regulations is preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
