We are seeking a part-time Cleaner / Rental Administrator for a possible split shift of 6-8 hours on Sundays.
The position requires availability between 11:
30am and 9:
00pm with exact hours to be determined by rental schedule.
You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in addition to support for venue rentals.
Responsibilities:
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs Perform routine maintenance tasks Organize custodial closets and spaces Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Checking a renter in and out Being available for rental support during shift Post rental cleaning
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Job Type:
