Responsibilities:
Handle In bound customer inquiries for industry specific product information, pricing and delivery times Daily phone and email contact with customers Order entry and purchasing Maintain CRM and product data base Provide technical information about products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Contribute to a team in order to accomplish results based goals Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, internal training sessions and manufacturer training sessions Qualifications / Skills:
College degree preferred Mechanically inclined Critical thinking Team Oriented Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field Proficient computer skills Outlook Word Excel Ability to build rapport with clients Self-motivation Multi-tasking Compensation:
(Negotiable, based on experience) Salary is based on:
Base salary plus commissions and bonus Benefits include:
