Buffalo, NY Buffalo, NY Full-time Full-time $19 - $22 an hour $19 - $22 an hour Tesla is seeking to hire Production Associates for our production facility in Buffalo! The Production Associate will report to the Production Supervisor and will be responsible for performing assembly operations.
The ideal candidate has a proven record of success in fast-paced environments.
They must be able to work with various groups in assembly, including engineering, quality, and suppliers, across a wide variety of issues/ corrective actions identified in production and field performance.
The successful candidate for this position takes pride in their hands-on and analytical abilities, organization skills, and attention to detail.

Candidates must be able to work extended periods on their feet, demonstrate multitasking skills, follow written and verbal instructions, and adhere to all safety requirements.

These full-time, compressed workweek schedules require excellent attendance and punctuality.
All shifts require working either Saturday or Sunday and some holidays.
These positions will work a compressed work week.
The compressed work week shifts and hours are as follows:
Day Shift Schedule A Shift - 7AM-7PM, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday B Shift - 7AM-7PM, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday Night Shift Schedule C Shift - 7PM-7AM, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday D Shift - 7PM-7AM, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday All shifts may not be open.

Perform complex assembly work Tasks require the use of state-of-the-art manufacturing tools, precision measuring equipment, and machinery Ability to troubleshoot Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions for specialized equipment Collaborates closely with technicians and engineer Identify discrepant materials/components both in writing and verbally to the supervisor Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules and within standard times Maintain a clean and orderly work area Must demonstrate an ability to perform standardized work processes and defined work instructions.
