Trusted Nurse Staffing needs a Product Manager We are a brand-new team building a brand-new product and we're looking for a product manager that enjoys crafting beautiful, simple products and can grow with the team.
Our product initiative is called Pronto, which aims to digitize the traditional travel nurse staffing industry by highlighting transparency and empowering both nurses and recruiters to focus on meaningful conversations.
We have a startup-like culture in the sense that we wear many hats and enjoy the opportunity of influencing many aspects of the larger team.
If you like doing different things every day and taking ownership over the vision of a product that spans the entire business, this role might be what you are looking for.
This position will report to the CTO.
We welcome candidates from varying experiences and backgrounds.
While you may not have the exact experience we are looking for, you will be successful in this role if you can:
Manage new or existing software initiatives to deliver exceptional experiences for clients, clinicians, and/or employees Provide ongoing development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap Participate in agile planning by defining actionable epics and user stories Groom and prioritize feature backlogs Conduct market and customer analysis to understand the target audience, their pain points, user feedback, critiques, and the competitive landscape Drive discovery activities - working with design and technical team members - to create effective solutions that will deliver quantifiable value to Trusted and our clients Lead cross-functional teams to realize product concepts and bring them to market Measure and analyze product performance by tracking key metrics to understand product usage and help make data-driven decisions for future improvements Manage expectations with stakeholders.
Communicate product plans, progress and challenges to stakeholders and gather feedback.
Produce quality work while maintaining a strong sense of urgency Stay up to date with industry trends and technology advancements Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 3 years working on technology-powered products and at least 2 years' experience in Product Management, or a demonstrated deep knowledge of the domain and a desire to learn the product management side of the role Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) and initiative Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence with impact across functions and disciplines #IND1 Job Type:
