Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented customer service representative (CSR) to join our team.
This individual will maintain several forms of client communication to uncover needs, provide solutions, and build rapport.
The individual will also assist with production lines and project follow through ensuring projects are complete on-time, on-budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate clients' needs and develop solutions based on those needs Assist with prospective and current customer inquiries Gather and maintain client information in an organized and presentable method Quote projects for new and existing clients Input detailed information into Allegra's project manager so graphic and production teams can accurately produce projects Review all completed jobs to ensure accuracy and high-quality work product Assist the production team with printing and other production responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or customer service Experience in marketing and/or printing preferred, but not necessary Ability to operate a desktop computer and other common office equipment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity using customer relationship management (CRM) software Professional, upbeat, and outgoing with excellent communication skills Detail-oriented Positive outlook, goal-oriented, and reliable Must be able to lift, push and/or move up to 50lbs
