Development and Events Coordinator

They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the event, inlcuding the proper set up of food stand, following health and safety protocol when cooking food, customer service, ensuring the cash till is correct and proper drop off of event things at commercial kitchen.
At busier events, they will be working in pairs to ensure everything goes smoothly.
The Event Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing and Sales Manager to promote events and ensure that they are a success.
A successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, a self-starter with a positive attitude and an understanding of the special requirements that come with this position.
Responsibilities:
Attend all events on time Ensuring there is enough product and tools for event Cooking the dumplings Provide excellent customer service when cashing out Ensure cleanliness of work station when at events Making sure sales, tips and cash till are correct after events Inventory update before and after events Requirements:
Own a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle with insurance Able to lift 30lbs Food safety knowledge is a plus Opportunities to attend various fun events such as concerts, festivals, farmers markets and much more.
