Summary:
Prepare journal entries, reconcile bank accounts, prepare various account analyses, work with inter-company accounts, assist COO of Foundations, prepare financial statements, and maintain general ledgers and fixed asset systems.
Process financial data and provide information and analysis for all foundations and to Catholic Health Financial Department.
Enter all Gift shop activity and prepare financial statements.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION Bachelor Degree in Accounting CPA preferred Continuing Education in Bookkeeping, Accounting, etc.
encouraged EXPERIENCE Minimum three (3) years related work experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY Strong Verbal and written Communication skills Proficient in use of personal computers Proficient in Microsoft Office software package Ability to work with multiple accounting software packages WORKING CONDITIONS Schedule may vary, depending on the needs of the agency, in order to ensure monthly/weekly deadlines are met Some travel to and from the offsite storage location when needed Some travel to and from the bank when needed Normal heat, light space, and safe working environment; typical of most office jobs.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
