Summary:
The HRIS Application Analyst is be responsible for software implementations, service packs, critical updates, report creation, and other identified work efforts necessary to support all HR related applications and projects.
These applications would include all Lawson HR modules, Kronos Time & Attendance, Kronos Advanced Scheduler, RS2 Badging, Occupational Health Management (OHM) and Work Stride programs.
This position is responsible for knowing HR business processes and serves as a technical point-of-contact for all HRIS applications and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system process flows, required system changes, report writing and process improvement opportunities.
Additional areas of responsibility include creating functional specification documentation, maintaining & auditing HRIS systems security, comprehensive system testing and development / implementation of process control recommendations.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in related field required; preferably in an HR or IT related field for candidates hired after February 28, 2019 EXPERIENCE A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant HRIS / IT related work experience required ?ne (1) to three (3) years of HRIS software implementation related work experience required One (1) to five (5) years of HRIS project management related work experience desired KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY Excellent knowledge with current ERP applications; direct Lawson expertise strongly preferred Strong knowledge of functional requirements and development of Integrated Process Automation (IPAs) and configuration changes Solid knowledge of Kronos Time & Attendance and Kronos Advanced Scheduler applications Strong knowledge and utilization of Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, Project, and PowerPoint software applications Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills Solid project and time management skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Solid understanding of HR processes and data, including policies, procedures, and programs WORKING CONDITIONS Office environment working with computer, sitting extensively and key boarding data entry activity Travel will be required among the CH entities.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
